What is the most fair way to offer commission slots? I'm trying to take timezones into consideration and i don't want to open a bunch of them.

First come, first serve only, all at once. it's just how things are done
First come, first serve, one at a time. Finish one then open another
Leave them open for at least 24 hours and then pick some
Leave them open for at least 24 hours and then pick at random/raffle system
Other?? Please comment, I'm trying to come up with something that works for all folks

- I want the staff to provide me with a tracker template, so I can track my own currency in a journal.
- I want the staff to track my currency in a bank for me, I think trackers are tedious and confusing.
- I don't mind either way, as long as the game is fun!
- I have another idea! (please comment!)

I think going back and forth between hand picking and taking first come first serve is a good idea. First come first serve helps ensure people who like your work can get a piece of your work - even if their character design isn't quite the most interesting thing to you - and hand picking helps make it fair across time zones and you get to ensure you have time to do commissions that really stand out to you as being exciting. The chances of getting jaded and falling behind are lessened.
I also agree with the person who suggested auctions. You could offer larger pieces that would bring in higher purchase prices that wouldn't normally be on a commission menu.
